SERVICES
Coaching
The focus of coaching lies on optimizing your professional functioning. It may concern issues on leadership, professional collaboration or work-life balance in different phases of your career. Your personal circumstances will also be discussed. Coaching consists of five to ten conversations of 1.5 hours, but duration and frequency can be determined in consultation.

Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a type of treatment that can help individuals experiencing a wide array of mental health conditions and emotional challenges. Psychodynamic psychotherapy assumes that we are often unaware of the motives underlying our behaviour. Sometimes someone is hampered in his or her functioning by feelings that are not only related to current events. By gaining more insight into these underlying processes, you become more resilient and capable to use other skills in difficult situations. The appointments will take place once a week. The treatment sometimes takes several months, but can also take several years.
