Sanam is a collaboration of psychiatrists and psychologists in Leiden. We focus on increasing the inner resilience and treatment of psychological complaints among professionals. We offer coaching, supervision, intervision and individual psychotherapy.

Sanam, derived from the Latin "Mens sana in corpore sano" (A healthy mind in a healthy body), stands for promoting and strengthening the mental resilience and personal growth of our clients. We use a psychoanalytic approach in which the inner experience is central. This leads to insight, clarity and understanding in the background of dysfunctional patterns and problems in daily functioning.
